Oh great, another one without pictures. I didn't bring my camera 'cause I didn't realize I'd spend the night, but yeah, change in plans.
So yesterday was RFL at the Milpitas community center. Compared to two years ago when I went for the first time, this year didn't seem to have as many people. It was hella different in terms of what happened though.
When I went two years ago, nobody I knew really went. I think it was just me and Bruce. It was cool until he went to sleep or something. Then it was awkward for them most part, until I found a group and stuck w/ them. Don't remember much detail, but I do remember talking to Vy Phung, Aileen, and Thea. It wasn't bad; I had a good time, but it was nothing compared to this year.
So the day started off by me picking up Hung and Alex and then getting to the community center. We set up the tent and played volleyball for a while. Then we went to go help to try to get shirts, bu that didn't happen. Went around and signed up for a couple of raffles. Won a shirt from some guy and I'm still waiting Best Buy to call me to say if I won or not.. Anyways we went to eat sushi at mad fish's happy hour. Came back and sat around for pretty long and decided to do something at one in the morning. We went to Andrew's (CP) to honk the horn like crazy for some reason. After, we left to play chicken at this one graveyard on Piedmont Rd. near Andrew's house lulz. NO not to dance on graves. It's private or something, so we wanted to see who would go in the furthest. Too bad there were hella cops around. Possibly from the honking. Only four of us hopped the fence to get over (Me, Alex, Omair, and Tuan) until we started hearing more sirens. We heard one come closer and closer and like two of us jumped back over, hid as the police car passed, and went back to the cars. I ripped my jeans ):
We came back to drop off Omair for his shift and left again for Marsh Rd. Alex drove me, Fran, and Akash. We got to the road fine, but as we pulled up to the bridge, we saw another car cross it and head towards the house. We parked and stop to see what would happen. Next thing we knew, the car turned around and headed towards us. We took off but stopped somewhere along the way back to see if the car would catch up. It never did so we left. We saw a car going towards the bridge as we left.
We got back and started talking about the haunted San Felipe school in San Jose. We decided to go; I drove Fran, Carlos, and Victoria and Alex took Hung, Omair, and Carlos' brother. We got there and it was literally pitch black. We couldn't do anything w/o flashlights so we had to leave.. and headed to Marsh again haha. A few minutes before getting to the bridge, we saw a s2k that was stripped to the bone. Nothing was left on it. We thought it was the car that we saw on our first trip, but it wasn't. We stopped to check if there was anybody left in it (lol) but there wasn't. Someone figured it was a stolen car and they just dumped it there. That made the most sense. So then we got there and we all crossed the bridge. Upon request from Fran, me and Alex started our alarms to scare everyone on the way back to the cars. Everyone scrambled in and we looked back to the house and we saw headlights switch on. We beat the hell out of there.
We got back to the field and just chilled the rest of the day. Got home and slept around 7 a.m.
